These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and z77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the z77 platform. Continued use of z77 following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By accessing the z77 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and z77 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
If you are accessing z77 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the z77 Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. z77 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the z77 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. z77 does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
3.3 One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the z77 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. z77 reserves the right to close any Account where false or misleading information has been provided.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on z77: (a) employees, contractors, or agents of z77 or its affiliated entities; (b) immediate family members of such persons; (c) individuals who have been self-excluded from z77 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform; (d) individuals who have been barred from gaming by any competent authority.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z77 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify z77 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.2 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all transactions initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. z77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC). z77 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document — such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence — along with proof of address. z77 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting z77 customer support via live chat. z77 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. z77 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the z77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). z77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. z77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at z77's discretion.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. z77 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) business minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers, subject to KYC verification being complete. z77 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified KYC identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. z77 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit source where withdrawal conditions are not met.
5.6 Fees. z77 does not charge processing fees on standard GCash and PayMaya transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to fees imposed by the receiving financial institution, which are the player's responsibility.
6.1 General. z77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. z77 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; using automated software or bots; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk; and collusion with other players.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. z77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
7.1 Game Availability. z77 reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove any game from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary based on your location and applicable regulatory requirements.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, z77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager to the player's Real Money Balance. z77 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected wager.
7.3 Disconnections. z77 is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections or interruptions on the player's side. Where a disconnection occurs during a live dealer game round, the outcome will be determined by the game's standard rules and the result will stand.
7.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the z77 Platform. These limits are displayed within each game interface and may be modified by z77 at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
All content on the z77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of z77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the z77 Platform without the prior written consent of z77.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, z77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.2 z77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if z77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 z77 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits z77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

z77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, z77 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address.
Your continued use of the z77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to z77 customer support for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable.
You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
